HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR SIZE

We create our footwear using lasts based on real feet. Because of this it is very easy to find your perfect boot or shoe size.

1st. Step onto a piece of paper and mark behind your heel and in font of your longest toe.

2nd. Do this for both feet and measure the centimeters between these lines. This measurement is your Mondopoint.

3rd. Using the measurement from your longest foot find your correlating size below.

Most comfortable mountaineering boots I've ever owned

I typically have issues with heel lift, but these boots grip my ankle like they're a part of my body. I've never had heel lift issues or toe compaction with these boots, and when I finally wear them out I'll buy this identical pair again.

Excellent Pair of boots and sizing.

I wear a UK 10, 4E / EU 45 pair of Brooks Running Shoes. The AKU 46.5 is perfect for me considering I'll be using it at very high altitude. It is reasonably warm, and sufficiently waterproof. Layer up socks accordingly for colder temps.

AKU is perhaps the only boot which doesn't squeeze my toes. Which is probably the most important factor to protect against frost bite.

I would love to see a double boot from AKU for -40 to -50 ° C. I will surely buy it.

Outstanding customer service.

The boots are great. I wear a size UK 10 / 4E width running shoes. UK 11.5 is a good technical fit for me, including accommodating for swelling of feet at altitude.
