Did your boots just arrive? Let us help make sure they fit properly before taking them outside. Boots or shoes worn outside are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Before Taking Your Boots Out

Before Putting Your Boots On
- Wear the socks you plan on using during your outings
- Try your boots on at the end of the day as your feet tend to swell during the day
- Insert any custom orthoics you plan to use

Lacing Up
Insert your foot and fully lace the boot snuggly but not too tightly. Your foot should not slide side to side or forward and back. Your boots should fit snuggly all the way up to and including the ball of your foot. The only place that should have room inside the boot are the tips of your toes.

Testing Your Boots Inside
Once your boot is fully laced walk about your house to test the comfort and fit. Walk up and down stairs. Tap the toe of your boot lightly on the ground or in a door frame. This simulates going down a steep grade or hitting your toe on a rock. Your toes should not hit the front of your boot.
